XRAY - Model racing cars

Hello there Im new in the 1/18 scale. Firstly, i want to thank Xray for the amazing chassis design. The workmanship was brilliant and the design is wonderful. I have been running the car on my local hobbyshop.

What i found out is that when i go into a turn it and upon exiting it alwiz spin out. Im running Hard compound at the front and soft at the rear (foam tyres). Is there a remedy for that. (original kit recommendation)

Some guys say my power is too much for the servo to handle. Im using a hitec 85MG. and running a 6800Kv Mamba motor, 6 degree caster, 4mm ride height front n back. double ball diff.

The track that im running is a medium traction asphalt track.

Hope someone can give me some insight tips for this

Gripbalance front/rear is a way of taking compromises. If you can not get any more grip to the rear you have to take away grip from the front:

- you can go to the 12 degree caster upper arms.
- Tighten the frontdiff will also help for a more stable steering, you can go to a oneway or multi-diff.
- Mounting an anti rollbar only on the front can help

Also be sure your front and rear tires have the same diameter.

The servo should not be the problem, it is a well used servo.

Personally running on asphalt I like the use of rubber tires....

But What rubber tires do your recommend? I mean the compound

And dies xray have the rubber tires wheels with hex adaptor?

You could also try
CAing the front edge wall of the front tires.
Using Traction compound on the rear end only.
Increasing rear toe-in or decreasing front toe-out (if any)
Decreasing rear droop slightly

What surface are you running on?

Have you made a setup sheet we can look at?
