Hey thanks for the advice but the loud rasping noise still exists. When i spin the spur it sounds quiet enough but once i fix it in it creates a racket. Wasnt like that before. Could the knock have moved something? Checked the spur and mesh many times but still cant find the root of the prob. |

During assembly, I noticed that the brake disk is mounted loosely on the shaft. Perhaps one of the brake pads have come loose? |
