XRAY - Model racing cars

Hi

last week I had by an m18t and I was with the car on a indoor offroad race but I had have problems with the car. My problems are:
- the car overturn sometimes in bend
- the chassie strike through (touch the ground) after jumps

I had used:
- standar springs
- 40 oil on front and rear
- front and rear shock tower: I use the midddle hole
- front lower suspension: I use the inside Position
- rear lower suspension: I use the outside position
- ant-roll bar: I use the 1 mm anti-roll bar on front and rear suspension

Perhaps someone knows other tipps to make my car faster. I'm thankful for every tipp!

Is this a carpet or dirt track?

What size tires are you using? I have had problems traction rolling with larger 1/10th sedan tires. The stock rim size or extremely trued sedan foams, I haven't.

Before any other suggestions, try going to the as its stiffer, so the chassis wont roll as much.

Also make sure your ride height is not at the max. You want to be in the middle of your ride height when the truck is neutral.

As far as bottoming out, thats going to happen with any race vehicle. You cant reduce your chassis slap without effecting the handling of the car in say corners or parts of the track with more abrupt bumps/ruts.

You might check . Though I think its changed a little since then. Also, each track and temperature will require differences.

If you don't feel comfortable truing your own foams or they aren't allowed. I would look at Losi Street Meat tires.

Shock positions and such is more from running. I run my inner top outer bottom front and rear, but thats me. For you, you may like it the way you have it better. 10 weight difference in shock oil up front doesn't sound like a bad idea.
