Hi, im wondering what is the recommended pinion and spur gear size to use on my M18 Pro. Im using Tekin Mini Rage 8.0 n Lipo battery. Track will be tight and small. Thanks for your advise.

Not sure to be honest a 8k was the best choice for a small track. You would have a better powerband with a lower kv.

Just a guess to get you started. Try around a 42/15 and see if you like that. That will be a high enough gear ratio to hopefully enable the 8k to accelerate faster for this small track. If its not, then even go to a lower pinion.

I RUN A 42/15 ON MINE BUT I'M RUNNING A BRUSHLESS WITH A TWO CELL LIPO AND MINE RUNS GREAT AND DOESN'T OVER HEAT AT ALL
