Got both because I couldn't choose The M18MT for "bashing" on the spot where over 25 other cars bash (with many 1:5 big scales and 1:8 savages). And the M18T for indoor track "offroad" racing on carpet. It has the 1:10 conversion hubs to fit 1:10 wheels. The MT got much bigger wheels (1:10 size), the T has small pin wheels but more grip. Both wear really fast however. So because of the bigger wheels the MT has more ground clearance. The MT has 8 shocks (for show ) and two extra shock towers as where the T has anti-roll bars. To mount the MT body, there are additional body posts. Both perform the same, I still can't choose which one is best. I like them both and I use them for different purposes. |

I have M18T, one of my friends M18MT - both are very good - difficult to say which one is better. Mostly run it in the winter when I cant run my 1/8 scale monster truck. I want to be able to run it in the summer also just for fun. The M18MT comes with all the parts for both except the roll bars, Body, and wheels and tires, right? |

I picked up the MT verison for one or 2 reasons . Better gearing for indoor using,8 damper,but only using 4. 4 are ready with other W for diffrent layout of track.JUst added somerollbar,and HExconversion and CVD then it is a racer.. |
