I used park o lube on the treads, a compound that I use at my work as an airplane tech. it´s a high viscosity silicone (slime) used all places were you are using o-rings or rubber seals. the probleme is that the orings are compressed and that make them very easy to make a small score in when putting the treads thrug. the orings got scored even thoug I sligthy grounded the treads to break any sharp edges. |
