Do you have the stock toe in links in the rear? Reducing your rear toe in with the a bit will help balance that out some more.

I cannot understand why it is normal for a shaft driven car to have very poor on throttle steering.
Relof can you explain it better, please ?

To Mini-me: I'm using standard rear toe-in rods and propably I will try the optional part you suggested.

To everybody: I was wondering if there is something I can do to change the behaviour using the folllowing standard setup possibilities.

- Remove front or rear roll bar (sideway)
- Thighten the front or rear differential
- Mount the shocks more tilted in the front or the rear
- Use more/less Toe-out in the front.

The motor and middle shaft is placed in the length way of the car. The force of the motor when accelerating will turn the chassis a little bit to one side, it is called powersteer.

Try just detaching one side as so you wont have to ake off the entire assembly. You probabaly want to keep them both on to reduce chassis role. However, try the front and rear one at a time and drive a few laps to see how the vehicle feels.

Usually you want the front diff tighter than the rear, but Im not sure if this will make your problem more pronounced.

- Mount the shocks more tilted in the front or the rear

More tilted in will make the suspension more progressively hard. You might try this in the rear.

Try a tiny bit of toe out.


You might slam the car also by removing most of the shock preload spacers so its cg isnt so high so quicker response.
