can I rebuild my nt18t to a m18t I can´t find any track for the 1/18 off road so now I want to change it in to eletric. is it enough to buy a new bottom plate, top plate and the battery holders and motormount and servo mount? |

That sounds about right. Wont you still have the same situation track wise though? Or you meant for gas? |

We have indoor tracks for that size car so thats actualy why i´m doing this , and because I lost my airfilter in a jump and compleatly destroyed the engine  with a new engine the same can happen again, with eletric it will never happen. other wise this is a total awsome truck with potiential to be at awsome indoor carpet racer but outside we only have very big 1/8 offroad tracks, and they are no good for this littel thing

How did you manage to destroy the engine? ok, i know it from a savage but i'm just interested... the electric ones are seriously fun. if the diffs are the same it shouldn't be a problem. |

destroyed it by driving 100 yards with out the airfilter the littel foam pice was thrown out in at wild tumbel after at jump. it was very dusty. the diffs are the same! |

A friend says , Why convert?? You look at Upper & lower plates, Power pack, plus options. You better off buying a M18T. You can rebuild the NT18 for less than buying a engine!! Almost the same price of a new NT18!!! |

A new kit will not give the carbon parts..... But you can also get a plate of carbon or epoxy to make a chassis by yourself. |

Our opinion of 3 guys had with a cold one!! Carbon chassis + Electronic power Pack approx. $205. An M18T list approx, $215. Engine for NT18 approx. $120, rebuilt with piston & sleeve, approx. $50. Building his own chassis!! depends on him!!! Just a opinion of 3 fellow racers!! Up to him to make the decision!! |

I already have the power pack ! so I just need the carbon kit, and the battery holders. engine mount in alu, ect .. are in the konvertion kit. it´s about 66 euro.. have already rebuilded the engine and have it up and running again but I´ll keep it in spare for my nt 18 onroad car

That answers my Question!! Chassis & options, would purchase the Minimum, the M18T. He already have the power pack. Got the engine fixed. Now he has Winter car,& summer car!! Sure it all composite, He may find out he doesnt need it!! He got the opinion of 4 people, 2 of them offroad, xray Moderator, & myself. |
