I have an M18 with the uprated chassis, motor mount etc.

Currently running with foams but cannot stop the car from traction rolling. Have tried different tyres etc but cant stop it.

What can i do to eliminate this? What ride height? Droop etc.
I have even tried putting stiffer springs which didnt help, the only thin that seems to help if by using the stiffest springs as well as the original springs put together on same shock which helps a little but problem still there.

This is really hindering me purchasing one of the new NT18 at the moment as i am concerned i will have the same problems with that.

Because of the scale insane speeds we run these at, traction rolling will always be a possibility. Your best bet is to change your driving style to compensate for it. You also may want to turn down your dual rate so the tires dont turn at such extreme angles when you turn.

Especially with foams I have found at least running 10 shore harder in the front helps.

Have you tried lowering the rideheight?

You also may want to have the front diff stiffer than the rear. Don't know what diffs your using. But of you use the adjustable gear one, screw it down all the way. If it the unadjustable gear one, then try using some very very thick grease in it to slow it down. If the ball diff, have it screwed down more than the rear.

With foams you have to round the outside edges of the tire so it will not grip to hard in corners.

Be carefull with tractionflued, if you are using it try to do only the inside part of the front tire.

And a last option is to glue the outside edges of the front tire. It will make it hard and less grippy.

I was having the same problem. I have a stock M18, ride height in Front is 3mm and 4mm in the rear. Tires are Front hard and Rear Soft. I haven't changed my driving style and I did not traction roll once since the change. However, at the end of the straight I tap the brakes and then go into the corner. If you turn the wheels all the way to one direction at top speed, the set-up has nothing to do with it, at that point it is all gravity
