You could slightly sand the composite axle just a tad to get it to go on easier. As xraywakkaman mentions add some lubricant to the axle to get it to go on easier. I used the supplied tool to help get it partially on initially, and slowly screwed the rim on to get it to go the rest of the way. |

I've had the turnbuckle thing happen to my a couple of times. You don't actually have to take the whole thing apart to snap it back in place. Actually, I just snapped it place both times it happened. Give it a try next time.. |
