I'm tested only with Mamba-25 and CM2068 Competition Motor (6800Kv) on this track: Ideallinie 266 m, die Gerade 57 m --- http://www.morac-graz.at and I tried with optional 42 tooth spur gear for M18 and 19T, 21T, 23T pinions. The car was very fast for 4 minutes (LRP 1200mAh 6cell pack). The problem is only in tyres. They too much blow up at so much RPM (about 98.000!!!). I needed a foam tyres or something. I heard that sells a germ that you can put on tyres from 1:10 cars. If I find this will be OK. I will put my tyres from my serpent 1:10 model and we will see than. |

he he he he, that sounds very fast !!! With the 23 tooth pinion and the 42T spur, and 98000 rpm, u should reach 256 km\h With the stock size tyres. Think i have to get me a brushless system soon, but for now i want to play around with the powerpack pro system for a while, seems to me it got all the power i need for the moment. |

I drive this ratio on truck model. So I drive 42/23 gears and 2x 6cell accu pack. Speed in straight was unbelieveble. The problem is only in motor heating. Now it have a stange smell ![]() On sedan now I drive 12/42 ratio. It's OK becouse the model have enough power in corner exit and in straight line have enough top speed. This is our track in Slovenia: ... ... ... ... It's a little closed track. We have a place in our club 8x14 meters. This is enough for this little track. The straight line is about 11 meters. |
