I just bought the m18t last week, built it and blipped the throttle one time in my living room only to break 2 of the stock composite swingshafts at the joint on each. I paid for the aluminum shafts from the x shop but they are discontinued. Is my only other option the hudy shafts? Keep in mind the truck costs $120 and the hudy shafts are going to cost me $112 shipped. (that doesn't make any sense to me). I buy xray products so I don't have to purchase aftermarket parts to make the vehicle better and I'm not a fan of flashy aluminum. every other site out there right now has no stock of any kind of aluminum aftermarket swing shaft. Am I dead in the water with this purchase? |

Where you using a stock 370 motor or a brusless/lipo setup? Was it on carpet? The stock shafts do not hold up to high power. Can you buy just 1 set and put them in the front for now *hudy*. Can your LHS order them for you? |
