Hi there. I need to replace the OEM servo. Ive been looking at Futaba S3115 (replacement for 3101) & S3107. Both are at really good prices. Its only 4.8v, & not recommended for 6v. Were the original 3101 6v ?? Any recommendations for Fubaba 6v servos's that arn't too expensive?? |

Most BEC systems in ESC's do give 5~5.5 volt and should be no problem. Does it need to be a Futaba? I am runng a Hitec HS5084mg and I love it. |

Thanks for the answer. I orderd a Futaba S3107. Need to keep costs down a bit (I usually regret cheap servo's, so fingers crossed) In the past Ive had major issues with other brand servos in my 1/10's, so decided to go with Fut. -Have had to chuck out 2 new (el cheapo) Futaba S3003 though, so I guess even the Good brands gave some dud's |

Take a look at Savöx, they are very afordable end have a good quality. I know there is a Micro sized servo. http://www.savoxservos.nl/?p=1646 http://www.savoxservos.nl/?p=1652 (metal gear) But you have ordered a Futaba, it will work with the power from the ESC. |

The only thing that you might notice is it seems to have a lower speed for its turning radius versus the stock. (Stock ~.12 Futuba ~.15) |
