Hi, does anybody have an Idea why the rims break so often? I tried everything to slide them on the inner rim as smoth as possible, but after a little contakt with an other car or curb they break |

Is that the stock Xray rims? They used a much more brittle material than the HPI's rims. Use the HPI ones and you will have no problem. |

What brand are those rims that don't use an adapter?? any website of it? I like the concept of those adapter (inner/outer) wheels but it's way more easy to direct bold the wheels on... Grtz |

you could just use an aluminumrim they make for the hpi micro rs4. they will never break are east to take off and come in tons of cool anidized colors. pluse all 4 together only weigh 1 oz. more then stock rems. |

We were talking breaking rims; using foams is a quite different solution. 
We have too classes : - Stock with max. 5cells, 180 Motor & rubber tires - Modified with max. 6cells, Motor & tires unlimited So using foams in the Stock class is not a good deal

one of mytriens made a titanium alloy rim. it is as strong as titanium but as light as alluminum. i cast some rems and they look awsome. |
