we encountered this problem during races - the solution is very simple and very effective - you need to wrap the D adapter with an insulation tape - just one layer. the tape should begin and end on the flat side of the D adapter - remember - only one layer - then put the spur on the shaft - you may need to apply some force, but this should slove the problem. using the hobby knife cut off the extent of the tape on both ends of the shaft. If you want you do not even need to put the o-ring on the shaft to hold the spur on it`s place, because the spur should be fitted on the shaft tightly enough to hold well.

What do you mean by insulating tape?

sry wrong measurment the bearing is 4mm(inside)and10mm(outside)
