wheels and tires of the M18T or M18T can be puted on a m18?

the reason for this is to get a higher ground and wider tires

can it be done, simply by putting the wheels/tires... i know i have to cut the body.. but that's not a problem
just need to know if they match..or will ruber on the hubs?

No, they use different axles.

Your axles wouldn't survive either as that's much more rotating mass they were designed to support.. Probably smoke your motor as well as the gearing isn't high enough.
