Hi,

I'm trying to build the center shock without rebound but no way to get it right.
I even drilled the top cap an took the foam out. The minimum rebound I've got it's 70% without having air in the shock. It's not the first shock I've build but this one is getting me crazy. And yes I followed the manual step by step. The next thing I will change the top bladder maybe this will help?
Thanks for any help.

Claude

Hi Claude,

I never have Problems with that. Its just a little longer shock as we use in TC nothing different.
So you fill in oil, remove the air, push the shaft in and set the bladder + cap.

If you have it like 20% dont worry, but around 70% is way to much ;)

Do you maybe dont push the shaft inside while setting the cap ?

greetings

Jan

Hi Jan,

Thanks for the reply but I've tried every thing pushing, pulling an so on.
With a new bladder it's better I'm around 30 %.
I never had such issue like that in 20 years of RC Cars.
I think I will leave it that way an see if it will affect my setup in the wrong way.

Greetings

Claude
