Post subject:  Mitigate rear spin on corner exit

Hi to all! I m not a skilled formula racer. I m experiencing some drive difficulty exit to the corner, on throttle, the car spin itself and tends to make head-tail.

I m using p-one tires, the diff is not so heavy but I ve tried to lose and tight little bit. Standard central drop and springs, 50k oil at center dumpers but I have tried 10k also, 9' caster, correct camber (tire have good footprint), 0 toe, montech wings.

A lot of negative exponential on gas (-40/-75), 21.5 lrp motor and lrp esc standard.

Car goes well in my track, I ve a correct corner insertion, smooth into corner, good reactivity, but the main problem is the head-tail on corner exit.

Can you suggest to me some tricks?

Many thanks, bye!

Having had the same problem, have you tried a new set of rear tyres?

That's what was causing most of my issues.

Hi,

here are some basics to solve that problem:

- Wider the rear
- Build your rear axle softer means a bit slippy
- Drive 2 degrees toe out in front
- Adjust more droop in fron by removing 1mm shim at the Kinpin

Some other stuff will help as well but those should be mainly choose.

Maybe this Dokument can help you as well in the Future:
