I have heard of aluminum shock caps being released. Any truth to this rumor? Seams my stock ones loosen after a few runs. |

Put a very very small amount of lock tight on the thread. That's what I did and that very very very small amount if enough where it will not loosen and you stil can take them off for rebuild |

Hi all as this seems to be a fault with the parts I was wondering what Xray is doing to sort this issue as I am planning on buying an XB4 but find it unfair that you need to buy 2 packs of the following XR368051 - ALU SHOCK CAP-NUT WITH VENT HOLE to fix the problem with leaking shocks |

XRAY now offers the #970120 O-Ring 12x1.0 (10) that you can fit into the composite shock upper cap to prevent the shocks from leaking. |

Interesting. Am I doing something wrong? Because mine don't leak from the caps at all. |

We haven't had any issues with leaking either after 3 months of practice, 3 races and countless rebuilds for tuning purposes. Nevertheless I ordered and received the aluminum shock caps last week. They are really nice, much sleeker and comes with an o-ring for the cap Bent |
