Here's a few videos from round 3# of the 2012/2013 JConcepts Challenge @ Mustit Raceway in Norway.

Driver in focus is 7 year old Malin.

She's only been driving R/C cars since November 2012 and this is her second time racing her XB4 she got for Christmas.
She also attended the 7th edition of the PetitRC Race in January at the same track.

Qualifying #1:

She lapped everyone by at least 1 round prior to her almost brand new Reedy 60C saddle packs deciding to call it a day

She's the #2 XB4 starting as #6 due to the battery mishap in round #1

She went on to win all of her qualifying heats except for the first one in which her battery decided to let go

This earned her start #6 in the A-finals

Malin's A-final leg 1 from the JConcepts Challenge 2012/2013 @ Mustit Raceway.

Her first final with her XB4.

After a few "hectic" first laps she settles down and gets into her rhythm

She places 4th in this first of three finals.

She's the #6 XB4 with White, Violet, Silver and Black body.

Here's the 3rd and final leg of the A-finals.

She got a 5th in this last leg and took a 5th combined after 3 finals were run after placing 4,5 and 5

She lost out to 4th place by just 6/10 of a second after getting passed on the finish line in leg #2 of the finals.

Malin attended round #4 of the JConcepts Challenge 2012/2013 @ Mustit Raceway with her XB4 this weekend.

She was VERY eager (just loves racing) this time around and made some small mistakes along the way but considering she's only been driving for 4 months I think she did good

A few videos from the latest round of the 1:10 OR Summer Cup series in Sweden.

This time from Örebro.

Malin qualified for a #4 spot in the A-finals.

She took a 5th, a 5th and a 4th in the three 7 minute long A-finals for a combined 5th place.
She did have the pace to fight for a podium finish but made a couple of mistakes that cost her too much time.

She also ran the 2WD class on the same day (where she won the B-finals), so a pretty hectic schedule for the day.

Here's A-final 1.
She was a bit too eager here and didn't drive very clean.
Got a "pep talk" from dad and went out and did a much better and cleaner run in A-final 2 and 3.

Keep in mind she just turned 8 two weeks ago and is far from an experienced racer yet

She's the yellow #4 with a blue wing (to distinguish her from the other yellow XB4).
